We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of a lake rental. Our lake rental day starts at 9:00am. If a booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice the Non-Refundable Booking Deposit will be kept in your Lake & Land customer account and can be applied against a future rental invoice.

If we are not notified 48 hours before 9:00am on the first day of the rental or if no notice is given at all, the Lessee will not be refunded their booking deposit.

In the case of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by Lake & Land Rentals(such as sustained high winds or lightening), Lake & Land Rentals reserves the right to refuse the rental because we feel it is unsafe to be out on the water. The rental can be rescheduled to another day, or you will be issues a full on your deposit. Safety First!

Booking deposits for customers who reschedule 48 hours or more ahead of their rental do not expire, and can be applied to rentals the following year as well.Description

Lake rentals require a minimally 3 day rental to qualify for delivery. We have a free pick-up location in Bobcaygeon for 1 - day rentals. 

Delivery fees are available at check-out for qualifying rentals. 

Please advise set-up is not included

Our GoBoat and iSUPs rentals are very easily put in any vehicle. The rental includes a storage "backpack" for easy transport off the beaten path to your next adventure.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or pavement. However, we recommend placing them on a flat, level surface for optimal safety and stability. We provide tarps for customer setting up on concrete or pavement.

In the event of inclement weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options, prior to pick-up or delivery. We'll work with you to find an alternative date or time that works for your event. 

If it starts to rain while you have the inflatable, do not use until rain passes over. Leave it up as it will dry quicker when rain passes over. If storm or high winds come through shut the blower off so it goes down.

Yes! You can save money by coming to our pick-up location in Bobcaygeon. We do offer FREE DELIVERY for up to 15 kms from Bobcaygeon. Please advise delivery DOES NOT include set up. 

Delivery fees are available at check-out. They are based on driving kms from Bobcaygeon.
